Secrets to My High Vibration + Great Health

People often ask how I stay so energized and rarely get sick. Here’s a peek into the practices I follow to maintain my vitality — and maybe they’ll inspire your wellness journey too!

𝗘𝘃𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗽 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗮 𝗕𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗠𝗼𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴

  • I set myself up the night before by getting to bed on time. The brain needs at least 7 hours to detox and reset.
  • After dinner: a 30-minute walk helps digestion, supports vitamin D and reinforces circadian rhythm.
  • I take my vitamins in the evening so they can work overnight.
  • I unplug from electronics 2 hours before sleep to calm the brain.
  • I drink lemon water made from a whole, washed, de-seeded lemon blended in water — great for liver, gut and antioxidant support.
  • I take HGH supplements and use my Epsom salt/oil scrubs in the shower (I only wash my hair once a week, adding peppermint oil to stimulate the scalp).
  • After showering, I apply castor oil to damp skin—also placing two drops in each eye to reduce floaters and nourish tissues.
  • I wear natural fibers or sleep in the buff on Egyptian cotton sheets.
  • I place my phone 6 feet away to reduce EMF exposure and promote quality sleep.
  • Journaling, affirmations, breathwork and gratitude complete my day.

𝗠𝗼𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗩𝗶𝗯𝗲𝘀

  • I wake slowly, recall and journal dreams, and focus on high-vibe intentions before checking my phone or other devices.
  • I hydrate with water + electrolytes to nourish my brain and body. (we burn ~500 calories just sleeping!).
  • I carry my custom rollerballs to use throughout the day for support.
  • I wear my copper bio geometric accessories.

𝗗𝗮𝗶𝗹𝘆 𝗣𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀

  • I intermittent fast, track nutrition and stay physically active.
  • I avoid drama, gossip and energy drains, maintaining my personal boundaries while still being helpful to others.
  • I’m mindful of my words, thoughts, and tone—frequency matters!
  • I shop the store perimeter for fresh foods and limit processed items. I’m no angel, but I keep treats in check.
